This mini-documentary style video is a glimpse into my struggle as an indie songwriter fighting to sing my own music. Being consistently denied the opportunity to play my original songs in favor of cover songs is a problem that I faced no matter what language I was singing in.

Whether it was a bar or club in front of ten people or a television show in front of millions, the person who booked me on that stage would pressure me to play already popular songs by other artists. As a songwriter, having the chance to sing my own songs meant everything to me. This video is one moment of my journey.
